Welcome to BJS Fashion! This guide is here to help you shop with confidence — from finding the right size to understanding delivery, payment, and returns. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, our team is happy to help (details at the end of this guide).

1. Before You Order

Check the product details. Each product page includes a description, fabric composition, and care instructions. Take a moment to review these, as colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen, and sizing can vary between styles.

Use our size guide. Sizing may differ slightly between brands, cuts, and fabric types (e.g. stretch fabrics vs. structured fabrics). Where available, refer to the size chart on the product page and measure yourself against it, rather than relying on your usual size alone.

Read the fabric and care label. Fabric composition affects fit, comfort, and how a garment should be washed or cared for. This information is listed on the product page and on the garment’s care label upon arrival.

2. How to Order

  1. Browse and select — Choose your item(s), size, and colour, then add to your basket.
  2. Review your basket — Double-check items, sizes, quantities, and any promo code before checkout.
  3. Enter your details — Provide accurate delivery and contact information. Errors here can delay or prevent delivery.
  4. Choose delivery — Select your preferred delivery option, if more than one is available.
  5. Pay securely — Complete payment using one of our accepted payment methods.
  6. Confirmation — You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we’ve received your order; a separate dispatch confirmation follows once your order ships.

3. Payment

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card details. All prices on the Website are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on orders of £400 or more.
  • Orders below £400 are subject to an £11.00 shipping fee.
  • Delivery timeframes and cut-off times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
  • You’ll receive tracking information, where available, once your order has dispatched.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order — this is the most common cause of delivery delays.

5. Sizing Tips

  • Measure yourself in inches or centimetres and compare against the specific product’s size chart, rather than assuming your size across all items.
  • If you’re between sizes, consider the fabric: stretch fabrics generally offer more flexibility, while structured or non-stretch fabrics may need more precise sizing.
  • For occasionwear or fitted pieces, sizing up is often easier to alter than sizing down.
  • If in doubt, contact us — we’re happy to help you choose the right size before you order.

6. Caring for Your Items

  • Always check the care label before washing, drying, or ironing a garment.
  • Delicate fabrics (e.g. silk, lace, embellished pieces) may require hand-washing or dry cleaning.
  • Store garments appropriately (e.g. on hangers for structured pieces, folded for knitwear) to help maintain their shape.
  • Following care instructions helps preserve your item’s quality and may also be relevant if you wish to return it.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If an item isn’t right for you, our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your options, including:

  • your statutory 14-day cooling-off cancellation right;
  • our change-of-mind returns window;
  • how to start a return or request an exchange;
  • what to do if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must generally be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Some items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery) may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons once opened.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details, where available. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll look into it with our courier.

9. Gifting

If you’re ordering as a gift, please note that order confirmations and invoices are sent to the email address used at checkout, and standard packaging/invoices may be included with the delivery unless you contact us in advance to arrange otherwise.
