Return and Refund Policy

You may return items purchased from bjsfashion.co.uk within 14 days, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached
The item is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

The reason these items are discounted is that they have been in storage for quite some time. Due to the nature of GUIDI¡¯s materials, some oxidation marks are inevitable. However, many customers see this vintage look as part of GUIDI¡¯s unique charm. The products themselves are brand new and have never been worn.
If you are interested in purchasing, you are welcome to request actual photos of the shoes after placing your order for confirmation.
